1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BeBoxed.net ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

BeBoxed.net provides a file hosting service that allows users to upload, store, and share files. The Service is available to both anonymous users and registered users, with different limitations and features.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service. However, by uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content in connection with providing the Service.

Public Accessibility: All files uploaded to our service are publicly accessible to anyone with the file ID or URL. We do not provide password protection, access controls, or other security measures for individual files. By uploading content to our service, you acknowledge and accept that your files may be accessed by third parties who obtain the file URL.

You are solely responsible for your content and the consequences of uploading it. You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize us to use your content
• Your content does not violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party
• Your content complies with our Acceptable Use Policy

5. Service Limitations and Subscription Tiers

Anonymous users can upload files up to 10MB in size, with a maximum of 5 uploads per minute, and one file at a time.

For registered users, we offer three subscription tiers with different limitations:

• Free Tier: 1GB storage space, 100MB maximum file size, 20 uploads per minute
• Gamer Tier: 400GB storage space, 5GB maximum file size, 30 uploads per minute
• Boxed Tier: 1TB storage space, 10GB maximum file size, 30 uploads per minute

Users are responsible for monitoring their storage usage, which is displayed in their account dashboard. When a user reaches their storage limit, they will need to delete existing files or upgrade their subscription tier to upload more files. If your subscription expires or is cancelled, you will be downgraded to the Free tier and will be prevented from uploading additional files if you exceed the Free tier's storage limit.

Subscription management is handled securely through our platform. Subscription tier changes and administrative functions are restricted to authorized personnel with appropriate access rights.

We reserve the right to modify these limitations and subscription offerings at any time.

6. Data Logging

For security and operational purposes, we log detailed information about file uploads, including but not limited to file metadata, user information, IP addresses, and request details. This information is used to monitor service usage, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BeBoxed.net, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
